Director’s Speak
Ms Charu Gaur, Founder Director & Principal Consultant started her journey to establish White Glove HR. She is a well-recognized face in the field of HR Consulting, with more than 15 years of experience in Human Resource.
Her rich multi-dimensional experience of 6 years as Corporate Human Resource professional in reputed companies and 18 years of HR consulting experience has helped her to reach new horizons in her current entrepreneurship. She strongly believes that “Collaborative efforts and team work can reach the pinnacle of success in any field.”
A mentor by heart, she is leading a dedicated & highly motivated team of HR professionals managing multi-faceted HR Projects for MNCs and large corporate.
Her educational qualifications include Bachelor’s in English Literature and Master’s in Human Resources with a professional diploma from ISTD in soft skills and behaviour training.
